P03.02 Neoadjuvant Osimertinib with/without Chemotherapy vs Chemotherapy for EGFR Mutated Resectable NSCLC: NeoADAURA

Background: Approximately 30% of patients with NSCLC present resectable disease. Primary treatment for is curative surgery; patient prognosis following surgery alone remains poor.
